Booking policies
- The minimum stay at Kshemavana is 7 nights, as the retreat is committed to assisting individuals achieve specific healing and health goals.
- Wellness Retreat Policy – Check In: 9:00 AM Check Out: 8:00 AM.
- Early ‘Check-In’ & Late ‘Check-Out’ are subject to availability and are on chargeable basis.
- Current government regulations require Indian residents to present proof of identity at the time of Check In.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunctions with any other offer or discount on privilege cards e.g., FHRAI & WIHRA.
- The proof of identity can be Sadhaka’s Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport or Voter’s Identity Card.
- Vouchers provided for the activities & treatment at the wellness retreat are applicable to certain terms and conditions.
- A well-being itinerary is created for each guest based on a consultation upon arrival and an online consultation.
- We strictly prohibit the consumption of alcoholic beverage, outside food as well as the use of tobacco in any form while on our premises.
- The Kshemavana Sadhaka or their accompanying persons found consuming or in possession of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, drugs, smoking, or any other intoxicating substances are subject to immediate expulsion from the premises.
- We have a strict no tolerance policy regarding the consumption of intoxicating substances and thus no refund or second chance will be offered to the offending guest.
- Kshemavana is not permitted to children under the age of 18 years in order to preserve the tranquility of our destination wellness.
- Management reserves the right to take final & binding decisions in case of any disputes.
- Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors in the room during their stay. (In case of any emergency guests can meet visitors only in the reception area.)
- Guests are responsible for their own belongings, the property is not responsible for any lost or damaged articles.
Payment Policy
- The room tariff is applicable per room per night.
- Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing rulings are applied at the time of the stay.
- An advance deposit of 30% of the package value will be charged upon confirmation of the package.
- This is also to inform you that the retreat cancellation policy is seven days priors to avoid retention on the package.
- Airport transfers are available on a chargeable basis.
- Govt taxes & levies may be applicable at the time of admission and will be charged extra.
- Tariffs, policies, rules, and regulations are subject to change with prior notice

- No Refund on cancellation within 72 hrs. upon arrival.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
- 7 days or more prior to date of arrival – no penalty charge. Full refund of advance deposit paid as guarantee is applicable in case of such cancellation.
- A penalty of 50% of the advance deposit will be charged within 3-7 days of arrival, and the balance of the advance deposit will be refunded.
- Within 3 days of date of arrival – 100% of the advance deposit will be charged as penalty
- Any applicable refund will be made net of the applicable credit card service charge.
- Kshemavana management reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment of advance/final payments as per schedule.
- We also reserve the right to cancel the booking in case the guest furnishes wrong medical information or found unsuitable for the treatment for clinical or other reasons.
Terms & Conditions
- A postponement, advancement or cancellation notices must be given at least three clear days in advance of the date of confirmation.
- A reservation will be considered a No-Show if the guest does not arrive for the check-in and no prior notification is provided. A refund will not be issued in this case.
- We reserve the right to cancel the reservation in case of Natural Calamities / Global Pandemic / National or Global Emergencies.
- If the retreat is not operational due to a natural disaster, a pandemic, national or international emergency, a refund will be given three months after the resort reopens.
- The rebooking period is one year from the cancellation date. This applies only if the cancellation is due to a natural disaster / pandemic / national or global emergency.
- Premature discharge or departure (for any reason) will result in a penalty of three days charges or the unused days, whichever is less, and the remaining amount will be refunded, or credit note will be issued for future booking.
- Any guest discharged for indiscipline will forfeit their charge for 3 days, or the balance days, whichever is less. If there is a balance remaining after forfeiture, that may be refunded or credited to account for future reservation.
- We recommend booking for minimum of 7 days. If your stay is shorter than 7 days, the charges for 7 days will still apply.
Non-Resident Guests:
- On the Kshemavana premise, non-residents are not permitted to conduct any kind of business.
Food and Beverage
- At the Kshemavana, the consumption of outside food and drinks / alcohol & smoking is prohibited.
